Expanding
the house of Allah

It is a great honour that Allah has bestowed upon us, not once, to establish His house, but twice, to expand it, so we can come to praise Him and seek His guidance and forgiveness. Ameen.

The mosques of Allah should only be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and fear none but Allah. It is right to hope that they will be among the ‘truly’ guided.

Qur’an 9:18

Our architecture

It is a great honour that Allah has bestowed upon us not once, to establish His house, but twice to expand it. So our community may continue to gather, to pray, and to grow for generations to come.

Why we're expanding

ICS has outgrown the walls of its current Masjid. Our weekend school is at capacity. Our Jumuah prayers spill past our halls. A growing, generational community deserves a home built for its future, not patched for its present.

Our architects & the design

The Islamic Center of Southlake (ICS) has signed a contract with AGA, Alimam Gonzalez Associates, Inc., for architectural design. Established 30 years ago in Dallas, TX, AGA has helped over 15 masjids and Islamic institutions across the US, including Desoto House of Peace (Desoto, TX), the Islamic Center of Irving / MIC (Irving, TX), East Plano Islamic Center / EPIC (Plano, TX), and Brighter Horizons Academy / BHA (Garland, TX).
